How placement works

Six stages, in the same order for everyone

Queue position is calculated by the system from your application date and eligibility status. Staff cannot reorder the queue; any override is recorded with a reason, an officer and a timestamp.

    Book an appointment

    No account needed. Choose a date and time online, or walk into our office at West Hills Mall — JB Policeman.

  2. 02

    Pay the forms fee

    A one-time $300 forms fee. No service starts on your file until the forms fee is paid, and there is no second fee while your application stays active.

    Choose your category

    Work, study or travel — then the profession, study program or travel package you are applying for.

  4. 04

    Eligibility review

    Our officers check your documents and experience against the published requirements for that category.

  5. 05

    Placement queue

    Eligible applications join the queue for the next intake. Longest waiting is considered first.

  6. 06

    Match and processing

    Matched applicants move to verification, employer or institution processing, visa processing and departure.

Travel programs

Organised group travel with published capacity

Travel packages list their dates, capacity, inclusions and deadline. When a package is full, applications are held for the next departure of the same package rather than cancelled.

About the company

A placement office, not a lottery

We prepare and submit international work, study and travel applications on behalf of our applicants. We are not an immigration authority, an employer or a school. Visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy or consulate, admission decisions by the institution, and hiring decisions by the employer.

Fee
$300 once, per active application. Never charged twice for a carried-over application.
Queue
Ordered by application date among eligible applicants. Published counts are read from live records.
Refunds
The fee covers work already carried out on your application. See the refund policy for the cases where it is returned.
