Sponsorship campaign rules

Entry

An entry is created only after the entry fee for a specific campaign has been verified as successfully paid by our backend. One application per applicant per campaign. A single payment creates a single entry.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the eligibility rules published for the campaign. Providing false information is grounds for disqualification without refund of the entry fee.

Selection

Selection is performed by secure random draw from the locked pool of eligible, confirmed and paid entries. Selection cannot be purchased, influenced or expedited.

Provisional selection and qualification

Selected applicants remain provisionally selected until identity and document verification is complete. Failure to complete verification within the stated period may result in the position being reallocated.

Sponsorship delivery

Each campaign delivers only the specific support described in that campaign. Nothing outside the published package is included.

Visa decisions

Visa approval is decided solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. A refused visa is not a failure to deliver the sponsorship.

Conduct

We may disqualify entries involved in fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulated payments or abuse of staff.
