Frequently asked questions

If your question isn't answered here, our support team is happy to help.

Does paying $300 mean I get a visa?

No. The $300 is the forms fee that covers your application forms, file opening and processing. It is not a visa purchase and it does not guarantee selection or visa approval.

How are applicants selected?

By secure random draw from the locked pool of eligible, confirmed and paid entries once the campaign closes. Staff cannot select an applicant manually.

What is a provisionally selected applicant?

An applicant selected in the draw who has not yet completed identity and document verification. Once verification is complete they become a qualified applicant.

Do I need to upload my passport to apply?

No. Documents are requested at the verification stage after provisional selection, unless a specific campaign genuinely requires them earlier.

Can I enter more than one campaign?

Yes, but each campaign requires its own application and its own entry fee. We never automatically re-enter or re-charge applicants.

What happens if I am not selected?

Your entry is marked as not selected for that campaign. You are free to apply to any other open campaign, but nothing happens automatically and no further payment is taken.

Is my entry ticket verifiable?

Yes. Anyone can verify an entry number or verification code on our verification page. Verification shows campaign and status only — never your personal details.
