How it works
Your journey, step by step
Every applicant follows the same documented path. Nothing is skipped and nothing is decided informally.
1. Explore and choose
Browse open campaigns by program (work, study or tourism) and destination. Each campaign publishes its deadline, draw date, number of sponsorship positions, entry fee and what the sponsorship package includes.
2. Check preliminary eligibility
Complete the short eligibility assessment. It is preliminary and informational only — it does not create an application, and it does not guarantee selection or visa approval.
3. Create your account and apply
Create an applicant account, then complete the application in stages: personal information, travel information, eligibility and review. Your progress is saved automatically.
4. Pay the campaign entry fee
The forms fee is $300. No service starts on your file until it is paid. It is an entry fee for that campaign — it is not the purchase of a visa and it does not guarantee selection.
5. Entry confirmation
A confirmed entry is only created after our backend verifies that the payment was genuinely successful. You then receive a unique application ID, a unique entry number and a digital entry ticket with a verification code.
6. Draw
When the campaign closes, the eligible entry pool is locked and recorded as an immutable snapshot. A secure random selection is then performed and results are published as entry reference numbers.
7. Qualification and verification
Selected applicants are 'provisionally selected' until identity and document verification is complete. Only then are they treated as qualified applicants.
8. Travel processing and departure
Qualified applicants are assigned a travel officer who supports document preparation, the visa application, appointments and, where included in the campaign, flight and accommodation arrangements up to departure.
