What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), application information (nationality, residence, passport status, education and employment details where relevant to the program) and, after provisional selection, verification documents.

Staged collection

We do not ask every applicant to upload passports, certificates or transcripts before a draw. Documents are requested at the verification stage unless a campaign genuinely requires them earlier.

How we use it

To process your application, verify payment, create your entry, run draws, verify identity, prepare travel and visa applications, and to contact you about your application.

Public verification

Entry verification pages show only campaign, program, destination, draw date and entry status. Names, dates of birth, passport details, contact details and documents are never exposed publicly.

Sharing

We share information with embassies, consulates, employers, institutions and travel providers only where necessary to progress your specific sponsorship, and with payment processors to process your entry fee.

Retention and rights

We retain records for as long as required for legal, financial and audit purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
