Use of the platform

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure and use the platform lawfully. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Campaign entry fee

The entry fee stated on a campaign is payable per application to that campaign. It is an entry fee. It is not a payment for a visa, a job, a study place or a travel booking.

No guarantee

Payment of an entry fee does not guarantee selection. Selection does not guarantee visa approval. Visa approval does not automatically mean travel is completed.

Our obligations

We will operate each draw in accordance with the published draw process, maintain an audit trail and deliver the sponsorship package described by the campaign to qualified applicants.

Liability

We are not liable for decisions made by embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, employers or educational institutions.

Changes

Campaign dates may change where circumstances require it. Material changes are communicated to entered applicants.

Governing terms

These terms operate alongside the Sponsorship Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Visa Disclaimer.
