Refund Policy

Entry fees are generally non-refundable

The entry fee covers processing and administration of your entry into a specific campaign. Once a confirmed entry has been created, the fee is not refundable simply because an applicant was not selected.

When we do refund

We refund in full where a campaign is cancelled by us before the draw, where a duplicate payment was taken in error, or where a payment was processed but no valid entry was created.

Disqualification

Entry fees are not refunded where an entry is disqualified because of false information, fraud or abuse.

Visa refusal

A visa refusal by an embassy, consulate or immigration authority does not entitle an applicant to a refund of the campaign entry fee. Any refund of costs beyond the entry fee is governed by the individual campaign terms.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your application ID and entry number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and the payment record is updated to 'refunded'.
